Key Responsibilities- Training Program Development: Design and deliver standardized curriculum to ensure consistency and quality in training programs across different locations and diverse audiences.
- Hands-on Training: Provide engaging hands-on training sessions that introduce new hires to AllCare's mission, values, policies, and procedures.
- Performance Assessment: Conduct on-site training and assess performance of trainees through observation, return demonstration, and skills assessments.
- Guidance and Support: Provide constructive guidance and support for improvement where needed, and serve as a resource and mentor for medical assistants.
- Remediation Training: Conduct targeted remediation training as identified and requested by center leadership team.
- Supervision: Supervise Floating Medical Assistants to ensure consistent training practices and alignment with organizational standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and opportunities for continuous improvement in clinical operations.
- Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of orientation and onboarding programs through feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Clinical Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Certification: Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar certification is a plus.
- Education: Current active EMT/Paramedic, LPN or RN (LPN or RN license preferred but not required).
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong computer skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
- Travel: Flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings and weekends, and travel between locations of assigned region or market.
AllCare Primary and Immediate Care offers a competitive salary range of $69,496-$77,827, depending on experience.
