IT Training Specialist

Bay Systems Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IT Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for government agency personnel
- Conduct training needs analysis and design curriculum for distance learning materials
- Review application development user stories and features to determine training impact
- Develop interactive training materials, including storyboards, screenshots, and custom templates
- Conduct peer and design review of training material for accuracy
- Maintain policy and standards for online training throughout the development process
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Information Technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and effective decision-making
- Experience in Customer Service
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Education, Information Technology, or related field
- Information technology certifications (MS-MCT, CompTIA CTT+, SAFe, etc.)
