Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Specialist to join our team at AllCare Primary and Immediate Care. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for newly onboarded medical assistants and other clinical staff.
  • Provide hands-on, in-person training sessions to ensure proficiency and competency in clinical responsibilities and administrative tasks.
  • Oversee Floating Medical Assistants to ensure consistent adherence to training protocols and best practices across AllCare centers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and opportunities for continuous improvement in clinical operations.
  • Assess the effectiveness of orientation and onboarding programs through feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Current active EMT/Paramedic, LPN or RN license (LPN or RN license preferred but not required).
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Five+ years of clinical training with a primary care/immediate care background, strongly preferred.
  • Experience conducting orientation training programs in a variety of settings, including in person and virtual.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for education and development.
  • Strong computer skills – Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint and SharePoint), formatting, drafting and updating documents, creating workflow documentation, Smartsheet use and other computer program knowledge.
  • Knowledge of computerized information systems (EHR), Athena preferred.
  • Organized, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task and maintain detailed training records.
  • Understanding of HIPAA, OSHA and other state/federal healthcare requirements and regulations.
