In the role of Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and overseeing a comprehensive marketing strategy, establishing specific timelines, and ensuring the firm meets its goals
  • Leading the Marketing Department, including managing a Marketing Assistant and guiding the Marketing Committee
  • Coordinating all facets of client and prospect events (seminars, webinars, appreciation events, etc.) to educate clients and enhance referral opportunities
  • Ensuring an exceptional client experience to promote satisfaction and retention
  • Crafting and managing all communications, including newsletters and special project campaigns
  • Enhancing brand visibility through advertisements, sponsorships, and community engagement
  • Maintaining and updating the firm's digital presence, including the website and social media platforms
  • Overseeing the firm's marketing materials to ensure brand consistency
  • Tracking marketing analytics to provide insights for future initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations

The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in planning, delegating, and executing all marketing initiatives for the firm. This role is crucial in managing the firm's brand presence, leading educational efforts for clients and prospects, and collaborating with team members to ensure a superior client experience.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years in a marketing or client experience role; 2+ years in the financial services sector
  • Extensive knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies, including event planning and digital marketing
  • Ability to maintain a holistic view of marketing while managing intricate details
  • Expertise in client retention strategies and creating exceptional client experiences
  • Strong collaboration skills across departments and with external partners
  • Excellent writing and editing abilities, with a focus on brand consistency
  • Outstanding project management skills and a willingness to innovate
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
  • Leadership skills to manage team tasks and expectations
