Position Overview

ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior Product Strategist to develop and enhance our analytics solutions tailored for the commercial P&C insurance sector. This position will involve crafting product roadmaps for both new and established offerings, while collaborating closely with technology, sales, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.

This is a remote opportunity available to candidates across the United States, with a preference for those in Eastern or Central time zones. The role will require some travel (approximately 15%) both domestically and internationally.

In the first three months, you will...

  • Independently define product strategy and vision within your designated area, securing executive alignment to drive performance.
  • Ensure that product vision and features resonate with client needs and address market challenges. Act as the Voice of the Customer, continuously refining the strategy based on market trends.
  • Oversee the financial aspects (P&L, ROI) of your assigned products, making informed decisions to maximize returns.
  • Establish and track OKRs to promote adoption, usage, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Foster collaboration with Marketing and Business Development teams to effectively launch products and campaigns.
  • Design, develop, and test new product iterations to consistently meet market demands.
  • Lead customer research initiatives, including crafting surveys and interview questions, hosting user group meetings, webinars, and other client engagement events. Utilize feedback to drive product enhancements.
  • Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Assess competitors and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for junior members of the Product team.

To excel in this role, you will need...

  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, outsourcing, insurance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product development or product management.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with accounting or billing products is preferred.
  • The ability to interpret client needs and translate them into product features.
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
  • A keen intellectual curiosity and a commitment to learning about new concepts and ideas.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills across all organizational levels.

Our salary ranges are designed to be competitive within our industry and reflect our size. Individual salary decisions are influenced by various factors, including qualifications, experience, skillset, geographic location, and internal equity relative to other employees. This remote position offers a salary range of $75,126-$141,798, which may vary based on the candidate's specific location.
