Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Transformation Strategist to join our dynamic team at Princes. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the UK's foremost FMCG organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Strategy & Transformation to formulate the long-range plan (LRP) and annual business plan (ABP).
  • Lead the development of targeted sector strategies, including but not limited to canned food and key customer strategies.
  • Engage with various functions, such as commercial and operations teams, to enhance their long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in refining the operating model and identifying synergy opportunities with our new ownership.
  • Work alongside the Head of Strategy & Transformation to optimize the Transformation Office, ensuring effective delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Support the creation of growth strategies, translating new opportunities into actionable plans across the organization.
