Job Summary:

Building Products Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Millwork Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new Millwork accounts and building strong relationships with our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new Millwork accounts and grow existing business
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including lumber dealers, co-ops, and other distribution channels
Collaborate with our inside sales team to provide product, program, and pricing strategies to customers
Educate customers on new products and lines of current products
Monitor competition by gathering market information on pricing, products, logistics, and programs
Travel approximately 50-70% of the time to meet with customers and prospects

Requirements:

Proven track record of sales success with a background in Millwork
Passion for sales, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new customers
Desire to work in a team atmosphere
Negotiation and closing skills
Excel in customer service; have a friendly and positive attitude
Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced sales environment
Computer experience and math skills
Three to five years' experience in sales is preferred
