Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Membership Services Coordinator to join our team at Exos Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the EXOS Lead Tracking Systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Creating and implementing strategic plans for outreach and marketing initiatives for the sales team, ensuring consistent execution on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Addressing membership inquiries through various channels, including phone, in-person visits, and email, while maintaining accurate appointment schedules for prospective members.
  • Delivering engaging and informative presentations about our facility tailored to the unique needs of potential members and guests, emphasizing the advantages of health and wellness.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales personnel to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Providing regular reports on membership sales performance to the General Manager and/or Regional Director.
  • Formulating strategies for corporate and group membership sales to expand our reach.
  • Meeting and exceeding established membership sales targets.
  • Collaborating closely with the fitness team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
  • Performing additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field in Fitness.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or membership roles, demonstrating a track record of achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email communication, and internet navigation.
  • Knowledge of external marketing strategies, including email campaigns and grassroots marketing techniques.
  • Strong public speaking skills, with the ability to engage large audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, coupled with a personable, professional demeanor.

Compensation:
In alignment with pay transparency guidelines, the salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $62,450 annually. Compensation is influenced by factors such as location, area of expertise, certifications, work experience, and other business considerations.
