**Job Summary**

The Global Sales Director will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the sales process, market trends, and customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and customer needs to ensure our sales strategies remain relevant and effective.

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of progressive sales management experience in the process automation or weighing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales professionals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales processes, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**What We Offer**

Hardy Process Solutions Inc offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
