Role Summary

The Sales Leadership Manager is tasked with mentoring, guiding, and overseeing internal sales representatives in cultivating and enhancing advisor partnerships while identifying new business prospects. This pivotal role also involves ensuring that internal sales representatives establish robust connections with their external counterparts to align with the strategic objectives of their territories. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our external sales force by providing direction and developing sales competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing the performance of internal sales representatives through call evaluations, coaching sessions, structured training, and regular feedback.
  • Collaborating with fellow Sales Leadership Managers, internal sales representatives, and other stakeholders to drive efficiency and innovation within the internal sales framework.
  • Advocating for the needs and perspectives of the internal sales team during internal discussions.

Qualifications:

Education and Certifications:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
    Required: High School Diploma

Recommended Certifications:

  • Preferred:
    - Life & Health License

Experience Requirements:

  • Preferred:
    - 3 to 5+ years of sales experience
    - 2 to 3+ years of leadership experience
    - 2 to 3+ years of experience in the financial sector

Work Environment:
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work.

Compensation:
The average base salary is $82,500, with a variable incentive compensation target of $117,500.
