Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with warmth, assign accommodations, and provide essential information while maintaining privacy
  • Offer insights about hotel amenities, guest registration procedures, and nearby attractions
  • Keep accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, manage reservations efficiently
  • Process billing, handle payments, and ensure accurate charge processing
  • Efficiently manage incoming correspondence, messages, and guest inquiries
  • Adhere to credit policies, oversee cash transactions, and maintain precise financial records
  • Supervise and guide team members when necessary
  • Assist guests with dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests

  • Strong communication and active listening abilities
  • Capability to convey information clearly and engage with a diverse clientele
  • Flexibility in managing multiple tasks swiftly and accurately
  • Proficient in operating office equipment and computer systems

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience: Minimum of 3 months in hospitality, office support, accounting, or customer service preferred
