Night Auditor Position:

Objective: To accurately record all financial transactions and ensure the daily reconciliation of revenue streams while generating necessary reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute all auditing tasks as prescribed by the hotel and corporate standards on a daily basis.
  2. Confirm the status of all wake-up call requests and guarantee their proper execution.
  3. Reconcile all cash transactions and activities conducted during the audit period. Process cash deposits.
  4. Prepare the front desk for the morning shift and reset daily operations.
  5. Serve as a Guest Service representative and act as the manager on duty during overnight hours.
  6. Function as the PBX operator throughout the audit shift.
  7. Engage in and contribute to all front office meetings.
  8. Participate in training and cross-training initiatives.
  9. Proactively greet guests in a courteous and welcoming manner.
  10. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills:
  1. Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical concepts to develop financial or economic systems.
  2. Quick and precise problem-solving skills in mathematics.
  3. Proficient in using computers and associated technology.
  4. Clear verbal and written communication skills for reporting financial data.
