Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with warmth, allocate rooms, and provide essential instructions while maintaining privacy
  • Offer insights on hotel amenities, guest registration processes, and nearby attractions
  • Keep accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, manage reservations
  • Process bills, handle payments, and ensure accurate charge processing
  • Efficiently manage incoming correspondence, messages, and guest inquiries
  • Adhere to credit policies, oversee cash transactions, and maintain precise records
  • Supervise and guide team members when necessary
  • Assist guests with dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests

  • Capability to convey information effectively and engage with a diverse clientele
  • Flexibility in managing multiple tasks swiftly and accurately
  • Proficient in operating office equipment and computer systems

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: Minimum of 3 months in hospitality, office management, accounting, or customer service
