Guest Services Representative

As a key member of our hospitality team, your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Balancing professionalism with a welcoming demeanor is essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth, allocate rooms, and provide essential instructions while maintaining privacy
- Offer insights on hotel amenities, guest registration processes, and nearby attractions
- Keep accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, manage reservations
- Process bills, handle payments, and ensure accurate charge processing
- Efficiently manage incoming correspondence, messages, and guest inquiries
- Adhere to credit policies, oversee cash transactions, and maintain precise records
- Supervise and guide team members when necessary
- Assist guests with dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities
- Capability to convey information effectively and engage with a diverse clientele
- Flexibility in managing multiple tasks swiftly and accurately
- Proficient in operating office equipment and computer systems
- Strong attention to detail while handling various responsibilities
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 3 months in hospitality, office management, accounting, or customer service
