Sales Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to drive growth and excellence across our organization. This pivotal role will focus on maximizing the effectiveness of our sales team through comprehensive orientation, training programs, support operations, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Sales Onboarding Process: Ensure new account managers and support staff are equipped with the necessary resources to succeed.
- Implement Effective Training Methods: Design and deliver engaging training programs for new team members on our products, processes, and systems.
- Evaluate Training Program Effectiveness: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs, identify trends and areas for improvement, and maintain up-to-date learning resources on platforms like SharePoint.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers: Work closely with sales managers and account managers to monitor sales team progress and address any issues.
- Oversee Pricing Accuracy: Manage pricing accuracy in the AS400 system across various markets.
- Manage Sales Workflows: Direct sales workflows related to order processing, contracts administration, and customer rebate programs.
- Lead a Team of Analysts: Direct a team of analysts to research and analyze data for identifying sales growth opportunities.
- Handle Customer Complaints: Escalate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with Other Departments: Act as a liaison between the sales operations team and other departments such as Accounting, Credit, Quality, Production, and Logistics.
- Engage in Professional Development: Participate in professional development and educational opportunities relevant to the role.
- Provide Performance Evaluations: Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations for direct reports.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in sales operations, with a track record of success in management or leadership roles.
- Knowledge of Sales Technologies: Comprehensive knowledge of sales technologies.
- Training and Development: Exceptional ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a talent for working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
