Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Holiday Inn Airport Colorado Springs. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Supervise the front desk operations to ensure optimal service and hospitality levels
  • Train and direct front desk team members to ensure quality service
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process guest registrations, verify reservations, and handle payment transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and inventory control
  • Assist with shuttle service and provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a hotel front office environment, preferably with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems
