We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Garden of the Gods Resort and Club. Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Assist guests and members with all queries via email and phone, including check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, cancellations, and rate inquiries.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with colleagues, departments, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Accounting and Administration: Perform accounting duties, including posting charges, account settlements, and shift closing, while maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Event Management: Maintain daily event information, including posting of event sheets, and communicate with relevant departments to ensure successful event execution.
- Problem-Solving: Conduct service recovery as needed to resolve guest issues and escalate to relevant departments when necessary.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license, CPR certification, Food Protection Manager Certification, Food Handler Certification, and Alcohol Server/Seller Certification.
This role requires continuous teamwork and collaboration, with frequent communication with colleagues and departments. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional exposure to noise, vibrations, and uneven surfaces.
