Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact or call center, with a strong preference for experience in retirement call centers.
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively while maintaining excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office and network drives.
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and empathy skills; capable of adapting to meet clients' needs.
  • High standards of quality and strong attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven analytical skills with a strong inclination towards mathematics.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
