We are looking for a Pension Administration Implementation Specialist who possesses a strong background in pension system setup for a 6-month remote engagement. This position is well-suited for individuals with practical experience in intricate pension computations, retiree payroll management, and data evaluation for pension platforms.
Core Responsibilities:
- Execute detailed, manual pension computations with precision.
- Manage retiree payroll processes, which includes reviewing election documentation, initiating new payments, and updating pension records.
- Examine pension data to summarize modifications and draft specifications for system integration, including validation reviews and troubleshooting failures.
- Draft requirements by interpreting pension plan documentation and developing thorough testing strategies based on those specifications.
- Create test scenarios by analyzing data or generating cases from the ground up, ensuring comprehensive testing at critical points.
Essential Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in pension administration implementation (excluding call center or actuarial roles).
