Additional Information:

We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the role of Administrative Support Specialist. This dynamic position involves engaging with a diverse clientele, including individuals with special needs and their families, while providing case management services. The Administrative Support Specialist will also play a crucial role in maintaining programs associated with relevant government departments.

The ideal candidate will serve as the Director's Alternate Representative and will be responsible for:

  • Conducting regular face-to-face meetings with clients as mandated by contractual obligations
  • Participating in and leading routine meetings
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive case files
  • Conducting intake interviews and orientation sessions
  • Assisting clients in accessing necessary medical, behavioral, health, social, educational, and other services
  • Creating and updating Individual Service Plans tailored to client needs
  • Providing education to clients and their families
  • Upholding patient rights during service delivery and conducting business ethically
  • Representing the organization positively to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Interpreting electronic monitoring messages and daily reports
  • Exhibiting strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Other Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Experience working with multicultural clients is advantageous
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with community service providers
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with active auto liability insurance
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are preferred but not mandatory
  • Professional appearance and attire
