Job Overview

The Account Manager's primary role is to foster and maintain customer relationships to bring in new job orders and match qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Client Relationships:
    • Identify new business opportunities
    • Generate new leads to establish relationships and bring in new job orders
    • Prepare presentations and materials
    • Draft contracts and agreements
    • Submit candidates and complete follow-up on submissions
    • Obtain purchase orders from clients if needed
    • Build and sustain solid, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
    • Understand and meet client needs, handle complaints, and resolve issues
  • Employee Relationships:
    • May be the point of contact for employees working at client sites (coordinated with Recruiters)
  • Internal Duties:
    • Collaborate with Recruiters
    • Help source/recruit for openings when needed
    • Ensure contracts and agreements are signed and filed
    • Complete New Hire Start Up sheet
    • Complete New Hire reference checks
    • Schedule New Hire drug screens
    • Ensure New Hire completes all required paperwork prior to start
