The Account Manager's primary role is to foster and maintain customer relationships to bring in new job orders and match qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Client Relationships:
- Identify new business opportunities
- Generate new leads to establish relationships and bring in new job orders
- Prepare presentations and materials
- Draft contracts and agreements
- Submit candidates and complete follow-up on submissions
- Obtain purchase orders from clients if needed
- Build and sustain solid, long-lasting customer relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Understand and meet client needs, handle complaints, and resolve issues
- Employee Relationships:
- May be the point of contact for employees working at client sites (coordinated with Recruiters)
- Internal Duties:
- Collaborate with Recruiters
- Help source/recruit for openings when needed
- Ensure contracts and agreements are signed and filed
- Complete New Hire Start Up sheet
- Complete New Hire reference checks
- Schedule New Hire drug screens
- Ensure New Hire completes all required paperwork prior to start
