Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Account Executive to join our team at TDS Telecom. As a Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and delivering compelling solutions to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and contact prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Develop prospecting and sales strategies using the TDS CRM system to ensure high activity and effective closing ratios.
- Write and submit accurate and timely new orders following the established sales process.
- Conduct sales calls to determine customer needs, gain information, and effectively communicate TDS' value proposition.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer status and forecasts using the CRM system.
- 2+ years of inside and outside sales experience.
- 1+ years of experience in successful prospecting and generating leads through cold calling.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage a territory, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to persuade others.
- Ability to set goals and attain them, work independently, and maintain quota levels.
