Overview: Our client, a premier entertainment and gaming destination, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager II to lead and manage enterprise-wide projects. This role will be pivotal in driving the success of key initiatives, including mobile app development and time and attendance systems, contingent upon budget approvals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage high-level projects across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project charters and statements of work (SOW) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Utilize project management best practices to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects successfully.
  • Adapt quickly to project changes and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on managing large-scale, enterprise-wide projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
  • Excellent understanding of project charters, SOW, and budget management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of technical terminology, with no requirement for a technical background.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and drive projects to successful completion.

Schedule:

  • This position requires in-office presence three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
