Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Director to join our team at Medline Industries, LP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the acute care market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the acute care market
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS IN THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive business results
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of success in full-cycle sales environments
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
