Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop stock selection models that integrate quantitative methodologies with insights from fundamental analysis.
  • Back-test investment strategies, optimize risk/return profiles, and innovate portfolio construction approaches.
  • Conduct risk and return analyses to identify performance drivers, evaluate strategy contours, and enhance risk-adjusted returns.
  • Collaborate actively in research, contribute investment ideas, assist in product development, and support portfolio management.
  • Engage in client communications regarding strategies and the investment process.
Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master’s degree with an undergraduate background in data analytics, computer science, engineering, statistics, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quantitative or data analytics role within the asset management sector.
  • Strong understanding of global capital markets and macroeconomic relationships.
  • Experience in implementing systematic equity investment strategies.
  • Solid grasp of accounting data, company fundamentals, and equity analysis.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or R.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management tools and data environments like FactSet.
  • Able to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner to clients.
