Position Summary

We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Financial Records Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the maintenance of financial documentation, generating reports for management, and accurately recording a variety of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

The Financial Records Specialist will be responsible for:

1. Preparing, posting, and filing all accounts payable invoices.
2. Investigating and resolving discrepancies.
3. Invoicing clients and applying payments received.
4. Analyzing and reconciling assigned general ledger accounts.
5. Reviewing and interpreting financial data.
6. Generating various reports and statements as requested by management.
7. Monitoring daily cash balances.
8. Setting up vendor accounts.
9. Collecting necessary reports for payroll and invoicing.
10. Performing additional accounting tasks as assigned.
11. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
12. Handling incoming calls.
13. Providing support to administrative staff as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Experience in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Preference will be given to candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
