Position Overview:

N2S Healthcare Staffing Solutions LLC is in search of a proficient Project Manager to oversee and direct various initiatives within our organization. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in project oversight and a demonstrated history of completing projects within established timelines and parameters. This position demands a professional who is exceptionally organized, detail-focused, and adept in utilizing MS Project and MS Office tools.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate, plan, and implement project timelines, ensuring the timely delivery of project outcomes.
  2. Coordinate and oversee project teams, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  3. Track project advancement and performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain progress.
  4. Compile and present project documentation, status reports, and other pertinent information to stakeholders.
  5. Identify and address project risks, resolving challenges that may affect project success.
  6. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Expertise in MS Project and MS Office is mandatory.
  • PMP certification is advantageous but not essential.
