Job Title: Project Coordinator

Lockton Companies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our insurance operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our clients' insurance programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage client and subcontractor communications, maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions.
  • Coordinate the enrollment of sponsors and subcontractors into our CIP software program, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  • Verify the accuracy of enrollment forms and notify insurance carriers of subcontractor enrollments.
  • Collect and confirm subcontractor payroll and man-hour tracking information, with subsequent data entry into our software system.
  • Monitor and update certificates of insurance, ensuring accuracy and expiration dates are up-to-date.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly enrollment reports to our project management team.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years of insurance experience desired.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods and attend company meetings as required.
  • Willingness to expand knowledge and effectiveness in the commercial insurance industry through training and professional development.
