Executive Director of Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Capture Manager to lead our business development and capture activities for Federal Defense and Intelligence Community opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and capture management, with experience working in the Federal Defense and Intelligence community. You will have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Lead proposal development efforts, including writing and editing responses to customer requests
- Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of related business development and capture experience
- Strong work ethic with the willingness to work overtime on short notice
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be willing to travel frequently
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
