Job Description

Geodis Freight Forwarding is seeking a highly skilled Global Account Director to lead the development of new business opportunities in the energy sector. As a key member of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global business strategies in conjunction with senior leadership
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Drive value propositions and lead proposals for key targets
  • Work with regional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven track record of business development success
  • Deep knowledge of the energy sector and its key players
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in freight forwarding
  • Solid operational knowledge and ability to speak to customer operations
