Job Overview
Massage Heights - Midtown Houston seeks an exceptional Sales and Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and developing a high-performing team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales, leadership, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Retreat Director in overseeing all aspects of Daily Operations
Develop and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training programs
Stay up-to-date on services, products, and promotions
Effectively manage team members to ensure proper execution of daily operations
Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual team member goals and develop plans to meet and exceed goals

Requirements:
At least 1-year sales, retail, or spa management experience
Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
Capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline
Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including dental insurance, short-term disability insurance, accident insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, free tele-medicine, dependent care FSA, health care HSA, employee discounts, and free checking benefits.
