Job Summary:

Ticket Office Assistants provide critical support to the full-time ticket office staff in various key functions, including daily office procedures and game day operations. They assist with phone, window, and mail orders for all athletic ticketed events, working independently or as part of a team under limited supervision. This role requires complex decision-making and referring unprecedented issues to an upper-level manager.

- Sell tickets and manage will call distribution
- Assist with all athletic ticketed events using Paciolan software
- Support game day ticketing operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to donors, ticket holders, and the general public
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- High school graduate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of PC operations and software
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Adherence to NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

- Paciolan software experience or related ticket system
