Job Summary

The Technical Support Analyst 3 role at LingaTech is responsible for providing computer information systems support via various channels. This includes troubleshooting network connectivity, desktop hardware, operating systems, printers, phones, and multimedia systems. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of Active Directory in a multiple Domain network environment and excellent interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and direct help desk tickets to other technicians for resolution
• Perform installation and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, iPhones, and software
• Conduct daily inspections of server rooms and data closets
• Manage backup tape rotation and cases for offsite pickup
• Activate network jacks for correct VLAN
• Provide basic customer training and support on Mitel phone operations
• Review and notify the team lead of outstanding help desk tickets

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in help desk or technical support
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, group policy, and VPN
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Visio, and Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Remedy or similar ticketing applications
• Familiarity with Mitel phone systems
• Strong presence, professional image, and ability to deal confidently with technical matters
