Roofing Solutions Consultant

Roofing Advisor
As a Roofing Advisor, you will leverage advanced technology, including drones, alongside traditional inspection methods to assess roof conditions and provide homeowners with informed recommendations for repairs or replacements. Should a homeowner choose to file an insurance claim, you will support them throughout the entire claims process until a resolution is reached. In cases where insurance is not viable, you will present various retail purchasing and financing options available to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging in-person sales presentations while adhering to company standards
- Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM system on a daily basis

- Participate in departmental meetings and stay informed about sales strategies and industry developments
- Build and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective customers
- Provide training and mentorship to fellow sales representatives
- Address escalated customer service inquiries effectively
- Achieve or surpass established sales goals
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of sales experience in the roofing sector (insurance and retail)
- Strong communication skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Willingness to travel; must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to handle objections and work within a fast-paced sales environment
- Professional presentation skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Physical capability to navigate various terrains, including roofs
- Customer-focused mindset
- Team-oriented approach
- Proficiency with tablets and Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; roofing installation certification is a plus
- Goal-driven and reliable
