About the Team

The Workday Success Plans Advisory Consulting Team is dedicated to our clients and their post-Go-Live experiences. We design programs that assist them in maximizing business value from their Workday applications. Our offerings range from feature demonstrations to comprehensive feature deployments.

About You

Basic Qualifications (P4):
  • 5 years of IT implementation experience
  • 5 years of functional experience in Financials within Workday
  • 2 years of software consulting experience

Basic Qualifications (P3):
  • 3 years of IT implementation experience
  • 3 years of functional experience in Financials within Workday
  • 1 year of software consulting experience

Other Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in areas such as Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Management, Banking and Settlement, Contracts to Cash, or Professional Services Automation
  • Certification or ability to certify in Workday Financials Products and effectively implement the solution
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
  • Understanding of Financial ERP systems and processes
  • Able to grasp Workday concepts and new feature releases in areas of expertise and cross-application features
  • Experience in influencing and collaborating with senior leaders, both internally and externally
  • Capable of leading design meetings toward effective collaborative outcomes
  • Ability to deliver results while adhering to project timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for primary and additional locations are provided below. Workday's pay ranges vary based on work location.

As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, along with annual refresh stock grants.

Recruiters will provide more details during the hiring process.

Each candidate's compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including geography, experience, skills, job responsibilities, and business needs, among others.
