About Us

PagerDuty is a global leader in digital operations management, and we are seeking a highly skilled Majors Growth Strategist to join our team.

In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that drive value and growth.

You will leverage your expertise in software sales to identify new opportunities and build strategic partnerships that accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across our customer base, including executive leadership and technical teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in software sales, with a strong focus on enterprise accounts and commercial relationships
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of digital operations management and its application in enterprise environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 per year, based on location and experience.
