Job Overview:
A professional in this role is responsible for the design, development, modification, and assessment of electronic components, parts, and integrated circuits.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in test engineering and collaborate with the quality assurance team.

Establish specifications for board assembly, testing processes, and qualification plans.

Create and uphold work procedures for manufacturing operations.

Diagnose assemblies and systems down to the component level.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Core Duties:
Possess a background in RF and/or digital engineering related to testing systems, design, or manufacturing.

Adapt to a dynamic work environment with frequently shifting priorities.

Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Become proficient with various instruments essential for product development.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey instructions effectively to diverse audiences with varying technical expertise.

Show intermediate to advanced computer proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Office and the capacity to learn and operate necessary on-site software and hardware.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Endure long hours in a manufacturing setting.

Pass a vision assessment.

Be available for overtime as required; this position may involve work weeks exceeding 40 hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) is preferred.

Experience with flying probe, ICT, boundary scan, and software development is advantageous.

Industry-related certifications are preferred.
