Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about making a significant impact within a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will engage in planning, developing, and executing tests on electronic components, products, and systems tailored for commercial, industrial, medical, military, or scientific applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and oversee the work of electronic engineering and technical teams in the creation of testing apparatus and equipment.
2. Coordinate electronic engineering activities related to the development, procurement, installation, and calibration of necessary instruments and control devices for testing purposes.
3. Establish testing conditions and determine the sequence and phases of test operations.
4. Manage and control the operational, functional, and performance aspects of testing procedures.
5. Collaborate with customers, vendors, and technical personnel to troubleshoot testing issues, including product malfunctions and data interpretation challenges.
6. Analyze and interpret test data, preparing comprehensive technical reports for engineering management.
7. Develop or utilize software and hardware solutions to facilitate testing on electronic products and systems.
8. Conduct inspections of electronic equipment and systems to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Availability:

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary to meet project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in a relevant field combined with 2-5 years of applicable experience or training is required. Experience in RF technology is essential.
