Minth North America is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance System Specialist to enhance our operational excellence in the automotive industry. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) to meet industry standards and organizational goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Establishing and executing best practices for capacity planning, strategy, and policies to optimize operational performance.
- Formulating the Management Systems strategy and overseeing key milestones to ensure consistent progress.
- Managing external registration requirements and liaising with relevant bodies to maintain compliance.
- Implementing all necessary procedures outlined in the Quality Management System.
- Ensuring ongoing adherence to quality standards such as TS16949 and ISO certifications.
- Conducting thorough risk assessments of departmental processes and tasks.

Qualifications:
