About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst Relations Manager to join our team at HashiCorp. As a key member of our Corporate Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Analyst Relations strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Analyst Relations Strategy: Own strategy and execution from end to end, including building relationships with industry analysts and firms, and developing an engagement strategy across analysts and firms.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams in Marketing to execute on the Analyst Relations program, including product marketing, revenue marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Manage Analyst Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts and their firms, ensuring we are appropriately positioned in research and our products and use cases are understood and represented accurately.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Lead and own cross-functional projects related to analyst research, including developing analyst-specific positioning and messaging.
  • Communicate with Analysts: Actively communicate HashiCorp news, information, and developments to the analyst community, and share analyst insights with key internal partners.
  • Manage Events: Own and manage potential analyst days or relationship events at HashiConf or other key industry events.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience: In an analyst relations, influencer relations, communications, or product marketing role, with a strong understanding of industry analyst firms and their research agendas.
  • Experience working with industry analysts: Ability to evangelize and educate the benefits and value of HashiCorp's solutions, and understand how to get the most from analyst research, advice, and feedback.
  • Strong analytical abilities: Critical, creative problem solver with the ability to deliver on day-to-day tactics while infusing new ideas and approaches in support of overall team objectives.
  • Collaborative style: Dedication to excellence, especially in relation to analysts of widely varying backgrounds, personalities, and expertise.
  • Project management skills: Ability to keep projects/programs on track - on time and within budget.
