Role Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned analyst relations expert with a comprehensive grasp of the industry analyst ecosystem, particularly within the collaboration sector. As part of the Atlassian analyst relations initiative, you will be instrumental in executing our AR strategy and collaborating with key stakeholders across our teamwork foundations to achieve impactful outcomes. Your contributions will be vital in refining our AR function to align with Atlassian's distinctive business model.

As a valued member of our global communications team, you will report directly to the Head of Analyst Relations, working closely with communications, marketing, product, and corporate divisions.

Key Duties Include:

  • Establishing, cultivating, and managing robust relationships with industry analysts, acting as a primary point of contact and liaison.
  • Collaborating with product marketing managers and product teams to implement an AR strategy that informs, educates, and garners endorsements from leading analysts in critical subject areas.
  • Designing and executing an analyst relations program that bolsters communications and marketing efforts through analyst research and industry validation, including timely updates, analyst inquiries, research services, and educational initiatives.
  • Providing strategic guidance on how analyst firms can enhance marketing campaigns and deepen internal insights into market dynamics and competitors.

Managing a Data-Driven AR Program:

  • Maintaining a comprehensive analyst knowledge repository that tracks influential global analysts, key research reports, and their interactions with media, financial markets, and clients.
  • Monitoring analyst research agendas and coverage, while developing a proactive research and engagement calendar.
  • Cataloging research and our responses to create a historical reference and a reliable source of curated research insights.
  • Overseeing project management, preparing submissions and presentations, and assisting with contributed articles, press releases, quotes, and case studies.
