About the Job
We are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, and managing a team of call center agents.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations in the call center, ensuring efficiency, quality, and performance targets are met.
- Train, develop, and manage a team of call center agents, providing feedback and coaching where necessary.
- Monitor conversations between agents and customers to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Implement and review call center protocols, procedures, and guidelines.
