We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to fill the Customer Service Operations Lead Role. In this position, you will be responsible for managing multiple digital platforms, ensuring excellent customer service experiences, and maintaining accurate data records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries via Helpscout
  • Organize data using Google Drive/Docs
  • Utilize Kajabi (or similar CRM platform) for client management
  • Integrate Zapier for automation
  • Manage a custom built backend site for our App
  • Manage Apple Connect and Google Play Console for App store management
  • Coordinate App testing through Test Flight
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or project management (a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience.
