A1 Garage Door Service is looking for a talented Customer Experience Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $70,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Routing and dispatching technicians to locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests, or immediate needs.
  • Building relationships with technicians to better understand what motivates them.
  • Communicating with technicians and customers throughout the day via telephone, text messaging, and email.
  • Focusing on 1 call resolution whenever possible to provide customers with a 5-star experience.
  • Managing the dispatch board for cancellations and schedule changes.

You will work closely with our technicians to ensure that they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks effectively. Additionally, you will communicate with customers throughout the day to provide them with timely updates on their service requests.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of computer systems and software, as well as experience with Microsoft Office. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
