Customer Service Representative Role

This is a customer-focused role where you will provide exceptional service to policyholders by answering questions and assisting with requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Build personalized relationships with clients.
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails.
- Keep a professional appearance and friendly attitude.
- Pivot to other lines of insurance by recommending available products.
- Ask for referrals and reviews.
- Conduct policy reviews.
- Note every communication with clients in ECRM.
- Directing clients to a sales representative when a policy needs to be initiated.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, plus commission/bonus. The company offers health benefits, paid time off, and valuable experience.
Qualifications
- Have your Property and Casualty state insurance license.
- Obtain an agreement with State Farm within the first two weeks of employment by completing all State Farm training.
- If not already licensed with Life and Health, initiate process within 60 days.
- Prior insurance experience is preferred but not required.
