Key Responsibilities- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
- HR Advisory Services: Provide independent, active, and competent advice and support to employees, specialists, and managers on all HR-related topics, including labor law, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
- HR Process Development: Participate in the development, optimization, and implementation of all HR processes and policies, as well as contribute to HR projects such as tools and systems.
- Personnel Development: Accompany personnel and organizational development measures, ensuring the growth and development of our employees.
- Cooperation with Works Council: Implement all relevant HR measures and topics in constructive and trusting cooperation with the works council.
- Personnel Planning and Procurement: Manage personnel planning and procurement, including budget planning and management.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle all administrative tasks, including system evaluations, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.
