Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring that adequate human resources are in place to support the achievement of our company's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage employee relations, recruiting, benefits, compensation, performance management, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations
  • Administer benefit and compensation plans, balancing cost control with employee satisfaction and expectations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or Business or equivalent experience
  • HR Generalist background with 5-10 years of experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Kentucky Labor Law
  • Recruiting experience
  • Experience in manufacturing environment a plus
  • Safety and OSHA experience
  • Proficiency with HRIS Systems (experience with ADP is a plus)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products
