Human Resources Director Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree and HR Certification (SHRM/PHR)
  • HR Experience of at least 7 years, preferable in hospitality/service industry
  • Working knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Previous experience in executing HR programs, initiatives, and best practices
