As a Sales Representative at Total Quality Logistics, you'll have the opportunity to build and manage your own book of business, addressing the supply chain needs of our customers around the clock. You'll be the primary point of contact to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with customers to build your book of business
  • Closing new and existing customers to move their freight
  • Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
  • Manage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Provide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally

  • College degree preferred, but no degree required
  • Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
  • Determination to outwork anyone
  • Strong negotiation skills with the professionalism to handle conflict
