Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with C-suite executives in the customer experience field to build interest and attendance for our B2B Exchanges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through prospecting efforts such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including account research, pipeline management, and closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through continued engagement and outreach.
  • Grow our internal database by sourcing contact details from data platforms.
  • Maintain and update pipeline through the use of a CRM.
  • Meet/exceed KPIs by maintaining expected activity and outreach metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 1+ years of professional experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, and/or event marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in both office and remote environments.
  • Exceptional time management skills and work ethic.
