About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive, Sales & Partnerships to join our West Coast team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and execute new partnerships to drive revenue growth
  • Prospect and meet with top-tier brands and agencies to shape competitive proposals
  • Achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Manage the deal lifecycle from initial outreach to negotiation and close
  • Grow and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure client satisfaction and identify organic growth opportunities
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience driving revenue across digital, creative production, social, creator, agency, and content style partnerships
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with a dynamic rolodex of brand-direct relationships
  • Strong command of advertising and marketing trends and confidence in making strategic recommendations
  • Experience as a consultative seller with the capacity to package recommendations for strategic programs
What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual base salary range of $145,000 to $175,000, plus incentive compensation. Our commitment to inclusion and diversity is paramount, and we welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation.
